Direction Home of Eastern Ohio is a private, non-profit organization that helps older adults and people with disabilities maintain their health, happiness and independence in the place they want to call ‘home.’

We also offer long-term services and supports to Medicaid recipients and qualifying individuals of all ages in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning And Trumbull Counties.
