What do we mean by “multidimensional?”  Unlike online “gurus” focusing exclusively on private pay clients or pushing you into a franchise business model, we are contract-focused – working to position and get you qualified to care for those on waiver programs and the VA.   Why?  Because waiver and VA contracts offer a more stable, turn-key client base while reducing your need for full or part-time marketers.

Of course, HCA is committed to preparing and teaching you how to find and cultivate private pay clients.  In fact, many times it is a prerequisite.  In order to quality for waiver programs, they will want to see that you are already operational, serving seniors within the community, and you have active caregivers.
